Oak Apple Kiri

Oak Apple Audax x GCH Oak Apple Kireina V+EE90 @ 03-06

Kiri is a lovely doe who is a top favorite here, right up there with Ginette. She is a striking doe, with such balance, and I knew the minute I saw her that she was for me. I’ve been smitten ever since. I love her attachments, her super wide escutcheon, and she has wonderful teat placement. She easily wins widest rear udder arch of any of our herd, and her udder is just about perfect as far as structure. Hopefully this year, I will get a picture with a ten-hour fill so everyone can see how awesome she is. She also has a sweet temperament and has produced some of my favorite kids. They are so robust and healthy, and she doesn’t fall apart nursing them, which is something I strive for. I look forward to having her appraised in the future. I’m also super excited to have just learned that Kiri’s dam, Oak Apple Kireina, placed 3rd in an exceptionally competitive 5-6 year old class at 2021 ADGA Nationals, and she was 3rd place udder. Kiri has earned a spot as a permanent resident on our farm.
